This place is in a great location, and the staff are always friendly and helpful. The salon is always clean and well-kept, which I really appreciate. They change the bulbs often, so the beds are always in great shape, and I never have to wait long. Overall, it's a great experience every time I go!
This place is dirty, poorly managed, and completely obnoxious with the hard upsell employees do every single time you come in. More importantly, I have tried to cancel my membership multiple times and no one ever calls or writes back to confirm. taking my case to the BBB.

I recently visited this salon for a spray tan and opted for an extra service that was supposed to prevent the tan from staining my clothes. The staff assured me that paying extra would ensure no transfer, but unfortunately, the tan still stained my clothes. When I raised the issue, the staff backtracked on their promise, claimed it was normal, and essentially brushed me off, saying they couldn’t do anything about it.
