Lying salespeople – I recently bought a one-month membership. Of course, like all tanning salons, they constantly badgered me about upgrading and purchasing $100 bottles of lotion. I can handle the badgering and annoying salespeople, but I don't like being lied to and mislead, which is exactly what happened at Darque Tan. Tanorexics work here – They actually told me that tanning in their beds will reduce my risk of cancer?? Sure. I just found out they are being sued by the State of Texas for misleading ads! + I never really figured out the confusing memberships. The staff is so annoying

bad bookkeeping – This is a great place with lots of really good beds. It is very clean. But they can NOT do bookkeeping! To join you have to agree to automatic withdrawals from checking or credit card. It will be screwed up at least once if not twice! And you won't find a friendly person behind the counter willing to straighten it out for you. If you can deal with the accounting issues, this is a great place to tan. But buyer beware!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER, BUT CLEAN – MY EXPERIENCE WITH THIS TANNING SALON WAS THE WORST I EVER HAD. THEY GAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE; HOWEVER, IT WAS CLEAN.
