Be wary of using this company. Their billing practices are shady, the staff is not knowledgeable and the managers are not helpful! Extremely unhappy with the service I just received!
Ella’s the best! Super friendly, always pleasant, and never seems stressed, no matter how busy it gets. She knows her stuff too – I needed a mellow lotion for guys that wouldn’t tint or exaggerate the tan, just something that smelled great (but not overpowering) and lasted all day. She nailed it! Couldn’t be happier. Impressive, kudos! I wish I had an employee like that.
My friend and I came in for our very first tanning session before a trip this upcoming week and Stephanie (not sure if it's PH or with an F, sorry) was a perfect example of how customer service and sales should be modeled after. She was knowledgeable, humorous and courteous while maintaining professionalism. Thank you for an amazing first tanning session and we are looking forward to coming back!
