Employees and Scams – As a former employee of darque I can honestly tell you we have no information regarding your credit card. We also have no contracts-the only reason it would still charge your card is if you didnt cancel. I have had people call me and said they had cancelled their account but when I pull up their account a girl messed up sometimes-we do get busy and miss track. Great Staff & Great Tans – I'm not a tanning expert and most tanning beds themselves seem similar to me regardless of where you go but I chose Darque Tan because of the great customer service. I've always had good experiences with everyone at their Leetsdale location, especially Caley, who is personable, listens to my tanning needs, and was the real reason I chose Darque Tan for a membership. You can tan anywhere but choose Darque Tan for service!
Great place to tan – I dont know what all these people are talking about. It is my experience that the girls who currently work at all of the darque tans ive been to are very friendly and educated. I have met Terra and she is also very friendly and the staff here are always quick to get to the bottom of any issues and i love the equipment and prices. Also the salon is always impecable! Kudos to Darque Tan! I am a very satisfied customer.
Great Salon – I would like to defend Darque Tan on the last post. I dont understand how this person thinks they steal info. You give them a card to deduct your monthly billing there are no contracts or scams. As far as trust goes I have asked to buy lotion with my credit card on file and they cant even look it up. I am sure they want my sale but the girls do not even have access to my card number, I think they have the last 4 numbers. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BANK INFO!!!!! – DO NOT TRUST THESE GIRLS! They stole my credit card information and made fraudulent charges on my card. Terra, the worst district manager I have ever met, has been a total witch to me this whole time. She has been unwilling to explain anything and completely unhelpful. Darque Tan - Westminster – The staff has always been friendly but they don't know the procedures on how to correct or cancel an account. I lost my job in June and cancelled my account in July. At that same time, I developed a spot of skin cancer on my face. Believing my account was cancelled I was shocked to see that they are still charging my credit card in August. Great Salon Great Prices – I started tanning just to build a base for a vacation. I did just that in about 4 maybe 5 tans. They have great beds really current not old like some reviews have stated. There 18.88 is so easy and its not a contract at all. I can cancel at anytime and I wont get charged. I was in the salon maybe a week or so ago and all levels of beds got new bulbs or so I was told. OMG CROOKS!!! – So how would you feel if someone stole from you? Not cool... RIGHT? Well evidentally this place thinks that is ok. I have been violated and I am gonna share with the world. Nice Tanning Salon, Convenient Location – After reading the previous reviews, I felt compelled to write something myself. My fiance and I have been tanning here for about a month and have not experienced any rudeness from the staff. They aren't overly friendly either but I guess I don't require a lot from the staff at a tanning salon.
