I saw Lalo's sign and his crews work driving to my aunt's house, and stopped at the house to chat with the neighbor. The neighbor highly recommended Lalo. I gave Lalo a call, and he was very professional and quick to respond. I decided to go with Lalo and his crew, and they had just finished replacing my roof replaced yesterday. They did an excellent job from start to finish and the cleanup was great. With his 30+ years of experience I highly recommend him.
I was recommended by my realtor for Lalo. Like others mentioned, his pricing was reasonable (compared to other companies for the same scope of work). He didn't need to come out for estimates (which I preferred) since he referred to the inspection roof photos. Lalo was professional and responsive. I will continue to work with him going forward.
This is the second time Lalo and his team came by to fix up my roof. They also replaced my sister and parents' roofs due to the hurricane damaged. Lalo is very experience and his team provide a great quality of work and reasonable price. I will definitely contact Lalo again when I need to replace my roof in the future.
