My mother went in for oral surgery last week, and I was her ride. She is a senior with COPD, congestive heart failure, and is immunocompromised. We called and made arrangements to be the first appointment of the day to make sure my mother was as safe as possible during the pandemic, as she is at increased risk of dying should she contract Covid. I have had two extractions and two implants and give Dr. Praetzel and his assistants 5 stars. The administrative staff is efficient with minimal waiting. The procedures were painless and follow up was thorough. I just referred him to my wife for a molar implant.

Excellent and NO pain. I was shocked at the ease and perfection of work. I had a wisdom tooth extracted and an implant. An IV was placed without pain, I woke up and still no pain, no nausea. Just an excellent procedure with an excellent staff. Dr. Praetzel was wonderful. I would give 10 stars if I could.
