DJ's response to my request about the unworkable air conditioning was quite prompt. Not only did I appreciate his promptness but I am also impressed with his fast work and skills about air conditioning.
Daro is very fortunate to have a maintenance staff like "DJ" because he is very skillful in his job as he installed the security lock on my door and solved the problem about hot water in the basin.
Avery was fantastic, he replaced my kitchen sink garbage disposal which I didn't even know I had and it was put in wrong.
Daro Management and Nae at Sixteen Hundred were there for me with consistent, professional and personable guidance and service while I was living in Michigan. I could not have done it without Tanya and Nae's exceptional help. When I arrived , Avery prepared and took care of my apartment for me to make it just right, and has made me feel like family. This doesn't even include all of other employees who have welcomed me and who have helped in whatever capacity I've needed and more.
On Saturday we called in about our sink being clogged and the front desk took all the information and politely explained that a maintenance technician was being dispatched. Within the hour, one of our favorite maintenance team members showed up to take care of the problem. They were friendly, helpful and courteous. One of my favorite perks of renting an apartment home at Sedgwick Gardens is having an efficient front desk and maintenance team here to continually making sure we are happy in our home. Thank you Daro!
Tanya gave me an awesome tour. She listen to what I really wanted. Overall it has been a great experience. Very personal.
