After disappointing service from another company that left my furnace blowing fuses, Darnold and Lyons fixed the problem and installed our new thermostat. The wiring from the old thermostat to furnace was not standard, but JR and Ryan analyzed and in short order had the new thermostat wired correctly and the furnace working. Thanks also to Tammy who managed my call and scheduled the service ASAP. I’ll be glad to call them again for future HVAC maintenance.
We just purchased the Infinity System for our home yesterday and can already feel a major improvement in air quality. We've been with Darnold since 2012 and I'm so glad we decided to be a repeat customer. The staff is so knowledgeable and the company really cares about it's customers. I'm already familiar with their prompt repairs/service to our old system. I look forward to many more years of comfort knowing that I trusted the BEST!
Grateful for the quick service! I called at 4pm for an error message from my air conditioner and repair work was done the same day. JR Bishop was our rep who arrived on time, was kind and knowledgeable, and fixed the problem quickly. Really appreciate it! Thanks! Edit 10/19/25–Still 5 star service! Ryan and Alex worked on our other furnace and were professional and knowledgeable. I called for help mid-morning and they were there by lunch! Amazing!

This company is great! I had a hot water tank go bad and they came out and replaced my hot water tank very quickly! Adam and other tech that was with him were very professional and super nice! I had to talk to Shane a few times and he is very nice and professional as well. They all go out of there way to make the customer happy. I would recommend them for any plumbing and AC issues. Very honest and they do great work!
