I am so glad that I started going to Oak Street Healtha year ago. Darnell has been great. Always giving me all the time I needed and responding to every need or question. I was fighting with very high A1Cs and the Pharmacy Nurse Emily met with me every 2 weeks and with her help I went from 11.2 to 7.4 . What a great team you have there. I tell all I talk to about Oak Street and will continue to do so. Thanks Becky Brehmer
