We had such a great experience building our pool with Lexi and Bill at Darnell Pools. From the first meeting to the final walkthrough, they were professional, kind, and easy to work with. What really stood out was that we never felt any pressure—no upselling, no pushing for extras—just honest guidance and great communication. They made sure everything was done the right way, and the end result is a gorgeous pool we’re proud of. If you’re thinking about a pool, don’t hesitate to go with Darnell Pools!
Mr. Darnell is great to work with. Not only is he knowledgeable, but he is the owner and you actually communicate with him. He’s attentive and checks in often. He truly cares about his clients and the quality of his pools.
We started shopping for a pool in 2024 and must of interviewed 5 builders. The sales representative were nice but were too cookie cutter pool plans that we just didn’t like. With some that we did like we asked if we could get a 6ft deep pool with 4 steps in the shallow. Surprisingly they wouldn’t or couldn’t do that for us. I am sorry for not writing this review sooner!!! My pool was completed in July 2024 by Darnell Pools. Bill and Lexi are rockstars in making sure they stand by their word. Having been in residential construction for most of my live I am often hard to impress. I could not be more happy with my pool. If you want a pool built in the Austin area. Do yourself a favor and just go to Darnell Pools, I promise after I get my landscaping done we can do nice photos. Thank you so much.
We LOVE our pool. I feel like our backyard is a 5star resort. We interviewed a lot of pool builders and ultimately, we decided to go with Darnell pools because of their transparency around the entire process as well as pricing. They worked with us on our budget, gave us ideas, and did the entire project on schedule. We didn't have many bumps in the road, but when we did, they were extremely quick to respond to any questions or concerns. I would recommend Darnell pools to anyone looking for a pool! Great experience.
