I have used Darnall for six years now. I have been impressed with their customer service. They have been able to respond quickly on immediate issues with our sprinklers and charged a fair price for the services provided. I also use them for Pest Control and Lawn Treatment. I highly recommend Darnall for these services.
This is a tough review to write, but after 2 years of dealing with them, I'm through trying to get the system to our satisfaction. Dave, James and Derrick are nice guys and have some good skills, if they show up. They have poor communication among themselves and their customers. One promised filter sat at the office for 3 months, then was in someone's truck for a month and it was still the wrong one. Taylor Fulwiler did an excellent job. He explained everything he did and taught me a few things in the process. He was very receptive to me asking questions and tagging along. Excellent service!!!
Wow! I’m impressed! Taylor F came out for a turn on and was able to dig up a broken head that was buried and replace it as well as locate and dig up a broken line and replace another sprinkler head all within the 1 hour service window or close to it. No time or money wasted! Lots of value with this company. Also I missed their first service call in the AM and they were able to come back out same day in the afternoon. I’ve left only 3 reviews in my entire life…. This be my third… so take that as you will haha!
