It was an unpleasant experience from the moment I walked in. The receptionist was rude and didn't wait on me for 5 minutes. I was the only patient in the clinic at the time so that was inexcusable. The nurse was rude. The doctor was ambivalent, uncaring, and abrasive. She refused to answer a direct, simple question, and instead replied "I don't know".
