This is my 3rd time visiting for IV iron infusion and it was the worst. The nurse that was supposed to treat me, goes into my room (I was one of the first ones there) and saw that I needed an iv inserted and told me that she would be skipping me to go connect everyone else because they have their IVs in already. It is like going to a grocery store and having the cashier skip you and ringing up everyone else who has less items than you. Just wanted to share what a great bedside manner Dr Udeh has. I felt so comfortable. Today was my first day of treatment The staff is great. I am so happy to be here. I have to travel 45 minutes to get here but very well worth it🙏🏻❤️
It's frustrating that they say there's always someone here by 5:30. I usually get there at 5:45 in the morning and still don't get connected to IV till about an hour later. I commented to this one nurse, and she tells me, try and get here earlier. Really!!! When I did go earlier, we waited outside for that same nurse to open...
