This service department tried to blame another dealership for rerouting my serpentine belt wrong when they actually did it themselves, then took a picture and blamed it on them. The way the belt was routed. The vehicle wouldn’t have run for more than five minutes, but it had driven 3000 miles since I was at that other dealership. I no longer trust them abd would never go back
Darling's VW/Ford/Audi earned these 5 stars for the best car buying experience ever. From sales through finance, the team members at Darling's were all courteous, good-natured and professional. I was truly impressed with how quickly and efficiently they worked to get my wife into the car she wanted, with a fair trade in and a custom tailored finance package. We're as happy about the new car as we were with the buying experience.
Your website is terrible. You can't look for vehicle unless you join the site page. Moving on to a different vehicle company.
