I worked with Kathy Shed, who has the patience of a saint, whom help make the whole process easy. We did most of the process through emails and the phone. When I got to the dealership, I tried it out, and loved it, waited a few minutes for approval and signed the papers. I didnt feel pressured or have buyers remorse in anyway.
