My grandmother was under their care and they would come but would make excuses to not come and help her after several attempts of asking them to come help after they said we could call any time we needed. She ended up back in the hospital and they dropped her shortly after, treated her like she was just a number and not a person struggling. Also made my family feel bad for not understanding certain things that they had to come and help with.

Extremely pleased with the quality of your staff. They explained what was being done and the desired results. They assisted every step of the way. They encouraged rather than pushed. Always felt comfortable and in good hands. Would recommend without hesitation. We are fortunate to have this service available.

I can't say enough about the excellent care my father received from each one of the nurses from Darlings. His case manager Kristen went above and beyond and our family is so thankful for the loving care he received while recovering from some very difficult complications post surgery.

I cannot say enough about the home care team that worked with my mother!. Each therapist and nurse that worked with her was caring, patient, knowledgeable, experienced.... Far more than I ever imagined. They explained every thing to her and listened to her. Each had wonderful personalities. I just don't know what she would have done without them helping her. Again cannot say enough about them! They are amazing!
