The service team here deserves a 5 star review. My wife has had a few small issues with her 2021 Ford Explorer and these guys have been great to deal with. They pin pointed the problem and made the corrections on a timely fashion. Very professional, courteous and honest. Shout out to Mike Maddocks and Ryan Kenyon. Thanks again
Got a good price on a set of 4 tires. That’s the good, the rest of the experience was not so good. Got a quote for a special they were running and an appointment. Showed for my appointment and was told 15 minutes later that the tires never came in. I live an hour away and planned my whole day around this appointment. They scheduled me for the next Wednesday which was the next day I had off and apologized. The next Wednesday it took them 2 hours to change 4 tires, no alignment just mount and balance.
