I went on Saturday to exchange my 2012 Subaru Forester for a Ford Maverick. I got there before my appointment and Nate Morris took me right in. He took the time to go through all the paperwork with me, make sure I knew exactly the package I was buying, and set me up so I was ready to leave the lot with the knowledge I needed. Overall, was an amazing experience.
Darlings does a lot of business with my employer and I wanted to return the favor. I went in with the intent of upgrading to a new Ranger or Bronco from my 2018 Escape. I met Carson, a smart young salesman who was eager to help. I explained to him what I was looking for and he didn't push or hassle me at all and helped me find exactly what i wanted in my price point! I ended up leaving with a new Bronco Sport that I'm absolutely in love with. Thanks Carson for your time and help setting everything up!
Purchased a 2024 Tiguan and love it. Great experience from start to finish. Recommend Joey Hubbell in sales. He’s terrific and was patient as we thought through our purchase, vehicle choice, financing, etc. The final paperwork process was well explained and went smoothly and quickly. Added bonus, our dog had been home all day and he said… “bring him in” and Henri was welcomed:)
Service was awful! I brought our 2023 ford transit in for a recall at 57k miles or so. There was some kind of software recall that could cause damage to parts if not fixed quickly. So, the AWD in the van wasn't working then, so I scheduled an appointment for that in addition to the recall, but then cancelled because I didn't want to pay the hourly rate for them to fix it.
