Amazing service by Coy, highly recommend for pedicures.Does a great job every time.
Absolutely awful customer service. Of course they were late opening, with a line outside. I got a pedicure first and even after getting my nails done, toes still weren’t dry. Got told “a little oil” must’ve been left on my toes so they had to redo them. 3 hours for a mediocre pedicure and nails that didn’t even closely match the Inspo photo colors. I tried to be nice and move on with the nail color but wet toes after 2 hours and barely an apology. Please avoid this place at all costs. They don’t use clean tools either.
Drove over to get a facial. If you look on their window, it shows facials under Pedicure. It reads Pedicure at the top and in smaller font underneath it says, “Shampoo • Eyebrows • Facials • Eyelash Extensions,” so I walk in to get a facial, which is one of the services they have advertised that they offer, and the person tells me they don’t do facials there. Why is listed in your window as a service you offer?
Loved my visit here. Linda gave one of the best pedicures and Elsa did my nails amazing.
