Our panel 6 metre garage door began to malfunction. Trent from Darling Downs Doors analyzed the problem: a partially burn-out motor. He worked effectively to remedy the situation by installing a better and stronger belt drive system, with supports. A new, larger motor was used and simple instructions were given on how to operate the system. All old pieces were removed and the site left clean. I was impressed with the attention to detail and the finished product. The total cost was cheaper than I expected. Well done DDGD
Excellent service - Our gate had started running erratically stopping on close and then re-opening. I reviewed the troubleshooting documents but could not find a solution. I emailed DDGDG and got a response the next day indicating a technician would be around to have a look. Sure enough the technician arrived diagnosed the issue (batteries needed replacing) and re setup the gate and tested it. All working fine now.. Magic. Well done.
