RecommendedWe have been using Darlene’s for all of our printing the last year and they have been INCREDIBLE. We have done everything from greeting cards to koozies. Super knowledgeable, friendly and very prompt. They have done jobs for us from 10 pieces to 5,000.
Darlene’s has a great team which helped us with a large trade show display! Will definitely be using again for all of our promotional displays/products. Thanks all around!
Very friendly and excellent service
I was short on time preparing for a sudden death in the family and needed programs printed. The programs were all set up and ready to be printed and they ONLY needed to be printed. I had went to another place that told me their printer would be busy that day and the next and there was no way to get my programs printed that day. I went to Darlene’s to see if I was out of luck there as well and they were so kind and helpful. They got my programs printed and to my relief they asked if I would like them cut well. Chelsea and crew has had to step due to Darlene passing. Tremendously tough with out the personable Darlene who built it up from the ground, again when digital became the norm and then again in the economic shift. All in a short time. Darlene made it - Chelsea grew and learned beside her. Now is the captain of the ship!
Very poor customer service and after telling a woman what it was I wanted she basically laughed at me. All I wanted were 6 inch stickers. As I walked out she mocked me.
Always friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to assist on projects small and large.
Ordered our wedding invitations from Darlene's, they worked great with us. Not only did they show us a great variety of invitations you can order from them, but the also let us bring in our own design for us to get printed. They listened to exactly how we wanted them and the invitations came out perfect!
