More than Happy – I can say I have never experienced what the previous poster describes. Darlene's pet shop is older, but it has always been clean and smells like shampoo more than anything else. My dog's have always been beautifully groomed. I have Shelties and Darlene makes sure to do a full line brush on them. Most groomers will not take the time. This is run by 2 sisters who have bad attitudes towards each other. Walked into this place to pick up my dog and caught the one washing another dog in their big tub and being very nasty to the dog. They complain if your dog has matting which is their job. Very dirty and dog cages are filthy. DO not do this to your dog!

beware! – Please do not take your animlas here. It smells bad, it's nasty, and I believe that the owner was mean to my dog. The place is very dirty and the owner had a litter box for a cat she has there and it looked as if it had not been changed in weeks. It was right at the front door. The owner had called me to pick up my pet and she thought she had hung the phone up but before she did I heard her yelling at the top of her lungs at the dogs barking in the background.
