Dr. Mansoor was great with my child. I also appreciate that she was up to date on the latest research, which helped us avoid unnecessary intrusive testing. She was clear in communicating why she was advising what she was advising, and showed me articles to back up the suggestions. All and in all one of the best doctors I've seen for my daughter. Provided really weird feedback and explanations for my daughter’s treatment plan. Some of the recommendations made absolutely no clinical sense. I did not tell the doctor that I myself am a physician. I would not recommend her to anyone. Also she clearly sets a negative tone for her staff, not only did her nursing staff provide the wrong dosage for a medication. However, when I pointed that out they met me with passive aggression.
I cant speak to the doctor since we didn't even get to see her. The office couldn't get their appointments right. Even after confirming location and times a day before. When we arrived we were told the doctor wasn't available and the appointment was at a completely separate facility. No apologies, no contrition. I would avoid if possible.
