I waited 55 min after my scheduled appointment in an empty waiting room. I asked the check in desk when I would be seen, the reply was the tech had picked up my chart. 5" later I left. I have been going to this imaging center for over 15 years and never had the cold experience from the front desk and unacceptable wait that I did this week. And I still need my mammogram.
WOW! Already waited an hour and 15 mins my appt time and asked how close I am to being seen. No one seems to know! I guess my time is not worth anything to them? If this was going to happen, the office should have called and offered me a different option for an appointment? People are complaining! Still waiting! Beware!
I had a great experience over the phone with the Scheduler. It was so good, I went to hit the excellent service button on the keypad and accidentally hit a two out of five instead. Hoping this makes up for it!
If zero stars were possible, that’s what they deserve. I’ve been twice to have a diagnostic exam and both times I was turned away. The first time they claimed to not have received my images. The next appointment was a week later and I arrived nearly 2 hours early only to be turned away again 2 hours later because they “couldn’t read” the disks. Meanwhile, I’m in immense pain.
