I had a great experience over the phone with the Scheduler. It was so good, I went to hit the excellent service button on the keypad and accidentally hit a two out of five instead. Hoping this makes up for it!
If zero stars were possible, that’s what they deserve. I’ve been twice to have a diagnostic exam and both times I was turned away. The first time they claimed to not have received my images. The next appointment was a week later and I arrived nearly 2 hours early only to be turned away again 2 hours later because they “couldn’t read” the disks. Meanwhile, I’m in immense pain. It's sad that my provider ordered a diagnostic mammo and ultrasound due to new lumps in my breast after previous surgery. Not to mention 1st generation history of breast cancer. There was a black lady at the front desk that was rude, leaning over her chair, while another lady checked me in, to tell me my doctor is not in charge of the testing I would be getting done. I called this clinic today to get an appointment schedule for mammogram It happened to be Wendy who answered, she was very rude very disrespectful that doesn't have any skills to deal with elder people each question asked by me had to be responded to with a big attitude, I told her that I don't want to talk to her anymore to go ahead and find me someone else to talk to and so I had to hang up and call back again to get to another agent, very disappointed, I hope I'll never run into her again ever!
