I need a bulk meat list
Don't get your meet processed there. They will give you someone else's meat, even with the other person's name on it and tell you he is pretty sure you got your meat. Well that was not good enough for me. The steaks we had cut to 1" with our name on it were really good the other steaks with someone else's name on it were cut 1/2" and tasted like it was pumped full of steroids. Great ground breakfast sausage. Italian links are good, too, especially on homemade pizza.
Much better meat than the grocery store. Got $200 bundle around the first, had every kind of pork and beef I'd want (including T-Bones, Ribeyes, smoked ham, roasts ground beef, sausage, etc.), it's the middle of the month, 3 people eating, and we STILL have most of the bundle Figure about $3/lb or less avg., saved about $75. Highly recommend.
