I got an industrial piercing today and I absolutely love it! Ann was professional, welcoming, personable, and really knew what she was doing. It's obvious that she really cares about her customers and puts great pride in her work. Out all the piercings I've gotten, this was definitely the least painful, and Ann walked me through what she was doing the whole time. I had a piece of miserable "art" on my shoulder for 12 years and thought it would be there forever. I went to Ann ( my third time around) and asked her if she could do a owl tattoo in memory of my aunt. Absolutely wonderful and she is the sweetest woman alive. She helped me through my basically four hour panic attack and did a wonderful job on all three piercings I've had done. I'll definitely be recommending her and coming back for a tattoo. We need more artists like her!
