Very nice course, some of the fairways were very damp and it was to be expected because of the rain but there was one hole that was exceptionally bad. Beautiful overall.
Great course. Tough greens to read.
Beautiful property but over priced and poor service. Green fees did not include any range balls and that was not told ahead of time. Charged $14 for 40 warm up balls. They spent thousands on Trackman monitors but the mats were like concrete and the range balls were so poor quality the Trackman data meant absolutely nothing. Greens and fairways were nice. Golf carts in terrible shape, sand/seed bottles were empty and no place to fill them. Our golf cart brake didn’t work on steeper hills so had to turn sideways or into curbs ... read more
Course was in great shape for March. Fairways were good with greens in really good shape. Have to give only 3 stars as a fivesome was allowed to tee off mid-morning that resulted in a 5 hour round. This should not have happened. Disappointing.
Let me start by saying I have been playing Darkhorse since I can remember- 2003. This is the first experience I have had that was this negative. We had an afternoon tee time this Sunday 3/15. We showed up right at our tee time, but we were ready to play. There was no one at the check in. We waited about 5 or 6 mins, I finally walked down to the lower section, check the range empty.
