The course is in VERY terrible condition! They don’t even put sand in the carts to fix divots! Divots cover the fairways. Tee boxes are not maintained at all, they all have many divots! Bunkers have very little sand. The parking brake on the cart only worked about a quarter of the time. The bridge on no. 12 is falling apart. In my opinion, they have way too low of a maintenance budget. I will never play here again!
The course was fantastic. Greens were quick, smooth and have plenty of interest. By far the best conditioned course in the GV area. Robert at the shop was very helpful and informative. We will be back! Just make sure to call ahead regarding aeration!
Darkhorse has always supported the Bear River Golf Teams as well as other sports teams. I love playing the course and believe it is the est course in the area.
FANTASTIC GOLF COURSE. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
