It seems that they have just levied a new tax on rural homes, the statement I recieved onthe 19th says I have to pay a $75.00 tax on my septic tank every 5 years, who approved this tax and when was it voted on by the p-ublic? I see this as a new tax and no one voted on it to approve it or dis approve it, WRONG!
