I was recently in town for a wedding and this shop was near my hotel. After eating a giant cinnamon roll french toast for breakfast I needed to walk it off. So I decided to check the shop out. I also had to because it was Friday the 13th. As soon as we walked in the door every single person there said "hi!". They could not have been more welcoming. Me and a big group went here for a Friday the 13th flash sale! Amazing Experience for all 6 of us! We loved all the Artists! We had Stephen, Kevin and Agustin! Will Update with photos! If you don’t like the wait or having a cut off…make an appointment so they can accommodate you.
I came by tonight ecstatic with my brother. I had also informed my co worker so, he could also go and give the shop more business . But sadly we were turned away . My issue with this was the bad customer service. I won’t be returning . The adds you have posted online, said till 10pm it never stated they would be stop tattooing at 8pm and turn people away. My husband got a tattoo which turned out amazing and i decided to get a septum piercing while i was there and the piercer- Carolina- was there. she was extremely polite and friendly so i trusted her. ive had my septum done in the past so i know the process and how it’s supposed to feel. she used only bactine to clean my skin and the area of the piercing. she sprayed the jewelry once with alcohol. she started to set up. she used a disposable clamps which was extremely uncomfortable and uneven. finally she asked ME if it felt ... read more
I’m definitely coming back!, Hale made me feel so comfortable, and I love how my tattoo looks! And it didn’t hurt AT ALL. I’m so so so happy! And it was a walk in… definitely definitely cant wait to be back !
