My experience with Dr. Randall and her team has been a great experience . Dr Randall is very caring as well as the entire team. They each care another your experience and progress on healing . They deserve a score of A+.
Amber is an extremely knowledgeable/experienced surgeon with 20+ years of experience. She was thorough before recommending a path forward for me. I will definitely be using Amber for my surgery.
I am so incredibly pleased with Dr. Randall and her entire entourage of professionals. I did a lot of research and also happened to find a personal reference who recently had her perform the same procedure. It all paid off when I chose this team to work with. She is very smart and explains pre and post op course well . A Harvard-trained surgeon myself , I have great confidence in her ; she was superior to the surgeon back East who did the other hip.
Dr. Randall and her staff at Granite Orthopedics have been responsive, thorough, patient, and genuine. I have trusted in their care for over two years and am more than satisfied.
My upcoming surgery was explained in great detail, making me feel comfortable with the planned procedure. I've known Dr. Randall for nearly 10 years and have found her to be an excellent surgeon (hip replacements) as well as a very caring, friendly person.
I arrived early for both appointments and was seen early. It was a 2 1/2 hour drive time each way and I chose to not be late due to unforeseen incidents. What great service and consideration of injury and follow-up.
Dr Randall was extremely thorough and compassionate. Answered all our questions and explained all the scenarios relating to a knee operation for my husband.
