It took 4 Full Months to get the motor replaced in my A/C unit. The Horribly Condescending receptionist made me feel very bad for even calling to check on when they would ever get to me. She told me Every Single Time I called, For 4 Full Months, that there were people all over Savannah without Air and that I had a place to go if and when my motor AC quit! How is that even possible that Every Day, For 4 Full Months, there were 100's of people without Air?? She was horrible to me and the so called Manager wasn't much better. H... read more

Called to set up an appt about a down unit. Said they’d come out the next week. Followed up after they didn’t. Said it would be first part of the following week. Asked for an eta after still not coming and no response back. Only was patient because they were personally referred. Waste of time

You would think having your business name on the side of your vehicle would lead to courteous and respectful driving habits. What you have here is more of the road rage poor impulse control type. Tailgating, excessive speed, and purposefully cutting feet away from the car you're passing is atrocious. Do better, you live in a small town.
