Amazing customer service! But here the key was knowing that the person cutting my hair understood clearly was I was looking for! I grew up with a grandmother that was a hair stylist and when you hear any hair stylist talk about the shape of your face and type of hair while listening about what hair cut you are looking for , you know they know how to style , not just cut!
