Very competent, warm and friendly. Takes time to educate the patient.
Did not feel the appointment was very thorough. More interest in referring to another doctor in practice for hearing aid. Appointment was scheduled for some lack of hearing and never examined or attempted to flush ears out. Also, do not like the hard sell approach. Nice person but not overly impressed.
I came to see Dr. Kunar after having seen another ENT doctor, and he helped me breathe again. I have seen him often and he is kind, compassionate and spends time with his patients. Best ENT!
My family has been seeing Dr. Kunar for 20 years. He’s the best doctor that I have ever seen. Kind, patient and very knowledgeable!
My daughter has been a patient of Dr. Kunar's for 13 years. He is patient and takes the time to explain what is happening and/or the procedure that will happen. He has even drawn pictures on his scrubs to enhance understanding. He is a very gentle soul and enjoys working with children. Because of the positive interactions we have had with Dr. Kunar, my husband also selected to have sinus surgery with him. He was a very calming physician. I greatly respect him.
Dr. Kunar is fantastic! He removed a cyst from my neck years ago and spent a lot of time with me beforehand. During the visit prior to my surgery, he drew pictures to explain the anatomy, and described exactly what he would be doing. I felt safe going into surgery because of the time he spent with me. All turned out well because he very carefully worked around the nerves in my face, and no scarring! At office visits, he sits next to you, listens, and truly cares. He's the best!!
I have met with Dr. Kunar two times, and each time has been very positive.
Dr. Kunar was worth the wait. He took his time explaining everything to me. Put me at ease before, during, and after my biopsy. No pain at all. Very professional and gentle at the same time. I would highly recommend Dr. Kunar to anyone looking for the best in an ENT.
AFter waiting in the exam room for 50 minutes with a very sick daughter, I peeked into the hallway to ask the nurse how much longer DR. Kunar will be. I then saw Dr. Kunar heading my way. He then got very nasty and belligerent and said that he is very offended that I was asking how much longer as he takes his time with his patients and then proceeded to chastize me by saying he didn't even have to give me an appointment. I would never recommend this arrogant and disrespectful Doctor.
