My family and I are travelling Australia. When we stopped at Christie’s Beach, south of Adelaide we had lost an external vent cover for the fridge. I took a photo of the vent, went to the St Mary’s store and they helped me with a replacement just from the photo. Almost a week later I rang them looking for a replacement toilet cassette tank as hours had broken, sure enough they had the one we needed in stock. The staff are amazing.
