There are real estate agents and then there is Darin. I still can’t put into words how grateful I am to have had him by my side during the purchase and then short sale of my condo after its fire. Darin was proactive and considerate, showing up as an advocate during one of the most challenging and longest periods of my life. Here is my unbiased review from recently having Darin assist us with the purchase of our home. We had been searching real estate sites online and had asked some questions on the site listings. Random realtors would do an initial reach out. Darin was the only one that actually followed up with us on further questions then offered to do additional searches based on our requests.
