It takes months to get an appointment. Medicine refill requests are typically ignored. By the 4th call you’ll get in touch with someone who’s baffled by your frustration and it will still take a week or more to get your refill if you’re lucky. My meds were finally called in at one point and I went to pick them up after office hours only to be told she cancelled the meds AFTER they were ready for pick up with no reason why. Dr. Labak is very attentive, listens to my concers and answers any questions I may have.
Love Dr. Rudolph she has been my primary care doctor since 2005
