Dr Kotil and staff are fantastic! My kids all feel very safe and cared for. And I am very thankful for their easy scheduling and clear communication.
This review is not for the Doctor or his service, but this is about his office staff at Smile Academy. They have been extremely difficult to deal with. My kid was referred for a procedure which they can't accommodate at their own facility, so Children's Hospital had to be involved. Getting insurance pre-approval was difficult since both dental and medical insurance(two separate providers) were involved and two separate care providers were involved.
