After experiencing several deaths of loved ones, I felt immobilized and was unsure what to do. I reached out for help at Darien wellness and I was able to speak with a therapist. What was an extremely difficult time in my life became easier to work through because of the therapy I received. I’m not sure how long it would have taken me to get to a good place in my life without therapy and I am forever thankful to them.
