This place is absurd, as a child I saw Dr. Duboz regularly. Each visit, I would complain about a permanently runny nose & my mom would comment on my sniffling. At the ripe age of 29, today, a doctor finally had the bright idea of giving me a daily anti-allergy and I can breathe for the first time literally in my entire living memory. He also gave me a flu shot when I was experiencing symptoms. This place sucks, as a former child patient now adult. We love Dr. Bader and Darien Pediatrics! Their appointment system/record system is definitely a bit outdated, but we have been very frequent fliers (unfortunately 🦠) and they have been lovely and accommodating every time.
I do NOT recommend this place. They mistreated my daughter I had to call the police on them. Doctor called to apologize which was fine but the front desk was giving me a hard time and the lady was VERY RUDE when I asked for a copy of my daughter’s medical records ! Please don’t take your child here. A V O I D this place.
Awful. I was planning to transfer anyways because I felt the practice was out dated (no EMR/ my chart). I Went to pick up my son’s medical records at the end of my work day at 4:45 and the practice was closed before the google stated end time of 5pm. There were two ladies leaving and saying they closed early for the day because it was “slow” and were unable to give me the records today and to come back another day.
"Incredibly Disorganized and Unprofessional" After being a patient here for years, I had the worst experience with this office. First, they completely messed up my appointment—booked an appointment but when I showed up said I needed to schedule another appointment.
