we followed to this office because Dr Berkin is a wonderful pediatrician but the office staff is so mannerless and has no politeness to talk her name is Kim if you visit this office try not to deal with her she is very impolite and i m not sure why the management has her at the front desk to deal with patients
I reached out over a month ago to get my child an appointment. Someone told me to email information over to proceed with scheduling an appointment. It’s been almost 2 months and I still haven’t heard from anyone at Darien pediatrics even after my follow up email. My kids have been with their pediatrician since they were born. this is a frustrating shame I now have to find a new pediatrician for my kids. Thanks a lot DARIEN
This place is absurd, as a child I saw Dr. Duboz regularly. Each visit, I would complain about a permanently runny nose & my mom would comment on my sniffling. At the ripe age of 29, today, a doctor finally had the bright idea of giving me a daily anti-allergy and I can breathe for the first time literally in my entire living memory. He also gave me a flu shot when I was experiencing symptoms. This place sucks, as a former child patient now adult. We love Dr. Bader and Darien Pediatrics! Their appointment system/record system is definitely a bit outdated, but we have been very frequent fliers (unfortunately 🦠) and they have been lovely and accommodating every time.
I do NOT recommend this place. They mistreated my daughter I had to call the police on them. Doctor called to apologize which was fine but the front desk was giving me a hard time and the lady was VERY RUDE when I asked for a copy of my daughter’s medical records ! Please don’t take your child here. A V O I D this place.
