Rich, Ken, and Sara are awesome! My car got hit and run and was totally smashed on the front right side. I have a Lexus LS460, and due to the high standards for quality at this shop, and the fact that insurance companies will ALWAYS cut corners to save a buck, there were several instances where parts arrived damaged, extremely late, or were just simply wrong.
