Bill is one of the best in the business.
Billy is amazing! He works with you as the customer under stress who has to negotiate all the parts for the vehicle that was damaged. It’s not his fault when he needs to wait on adjusters, replacement parts direct or not direct from the manufacturer of the vehicle. I love how others place blame on wait time and money.
