He worked directly with the insurance company and coordinated everything. He also kept me informed the entire time, and the car was completed exactly when he said it would be. Billy is amazing! He works with you as the customer under stress who has to negotiate all the parts for the vehicle that was damaged. It’s not his fault when he needs to wait on adjusters, replacement parts direct or not direct from the manufacturer of the vehicle. I love how others place blame on wait time and money.
