I called to make an appointment for a double oven that needed repair. The appointment was from 12 pm - 3 pm. The tech went MIA. I called 3x+ to check in on the appointment status and there was no success. I have waisted a 1/2 day off work to wait for a no show. I do not recommend this organization.
