Nasty front office!!!! I will not be taking my mother here again!!!!! So rude/unprofessional and snarky, I was actually laughed at because I asked questions about the referral process!! She transferred me to someone else so I could get some help for my mom and she was twice as nasty as the first one!!!! She over pronunciated her words, spoke very slowly as to be snarky!!!
