Very money hunger driven company. Terrible customer service. They do not care about you or your property only the dollars in your pocket. This company has no respect or empathy for any of their clients. If I were you I would call other tow companies in Richmond such as BIG hill towing, jade towing, David’s or candidos. Please don’t give your money to such a company.
As usual, Chris did a great job of handling a situation where one of our cars needed assistance. He is not only professional and knowledgeable he is also very good with people.
