Dr. Guertin and all the staff were very helpful and supporting during my entire process. From letting me borrow a wheelchair to making me feel prioritized in my issue. He knew from the start what was wrong with me and immediately sent me for tests, MRI and EMG. He was the only doctor to truly help me immediately compared to the emergency room visits.
He was a second opinion and I loved his approach. Im so thankful for him because he wasnt about the money he was about the treatment and patient. He did the right thing by my son and I appreciate him so much. The entire office staff were kind and prompt and helpful as well.
Staff were very accommodating for my first visit which happened to be not on their schedule, but fit me in. Dr Guertin answered all my questions and had a plan to help relieve my foot pain from an old injury. I’m satisfied so far and will emend this after I follow Dr’s plan.
They actually know how to treat a patient. The Dr is very through with his procedures. I am glad I switched from the Dr in Baytown to this Dr. The nurse/assistant Deborah was very sweet and pleasant. She made me feel comfortable.
I have been seeing Dr. Guertin for several years and he is a great doctor. He cares about his patients. His staff is very knowledgeable & friendly.
