I spent almost $700 on what was supposed to be raw Indian hair. It’s nothing raw about this hair!!! It tangles mattes terrible the ends are straight and doesn’t hold no type of wavy. My hair took 3 1/2 weeks to come. I sent a message to customer service because I was sure I had the wrong hair. It comes in a processed curl pattern. They assured me the hair was correct. i’ve been getting bundles from them for 3-4 years, i’ve been reusing my bundles with them for years, i’ve always been happy and satisfied with the quality and professionalism☺️
I’ve been following this page for years. Finally decided to purchase 3 bundles of 16 in which should be full bc of the length. These bundles were super THIN! I really could not believe it. I’m so disappointed and I’ll never order from them again. Not to mention it took two weeks to get my hair after paying $17 for shipping! Such a shame and waste of money. This hair is terrible!!!!
I feel stupid for not checking these reviews before ordering. Ordered during mystery sale in 2021. Was sent decent hair but couldn’t really judge. Ordered 2022 Black Friday and did not receive my hair until two weeks ago ( almost two months later) the closure was 6 inches shorter than what I paid for. The bundles are sooooo thin at the ends with so much filler towards the middle. Did a dispute. They wanted me to pay to send everything back for them to inspect.
