Another disappointing update: After meeting with me virtually for over two months my provider let me know I would actually be required to meet in person since I lived in DC and not Maryland. They’ve known I lived in DC the entire time…. I told her I’d begin looking for a provider closer to home and she assured me she’d be able to fill my prescription for one more month if needed. Update: After posting this review, the head of the practice called me on a Sunday morning to inquire about my experience and to ensure my prescription was filled for Monday. I appreciate the effort to make it right, and am giving a star back accordingly. Hopefully these issues will not persist and I can give even more stars in the future. Experiencing some hard times and was connected with the dare to care too office for their professional needs. I was assigned to Debbie Poe as my counselor, and provider. I scheduled an appointment with front desk, and I specifically asked for a télé appointment. Was never told that I needed to be there in person. On the day of the appointment when I called the office and was informed of their policy. I agreed to reschedule a visit for another day IN PERSON.
