We recently bought a home and Mrs. Darden was the sellers real estate agent. We lived out of state so things were a bit more tricky than just your regular sale, especially dealing with pandemic going on. Mrs. Darden cut her commission to almost nothing 1.5% instead of the average 3% which meant there was nothing to split with our agent. We ended up paying our agent out of our pocket instead of her being a responsible agent and splitting the commison etc.... She was never really responsive to our questions or counter offers. ... read more
