Good Attorney, but prepare to pay more than whatever price she quotes you. If she quotes you $500, then I would expect to pay more in the $700 range. Each time Donna would call she would talk-up what seemed to be normal house selling details as if they were a Sisyphean efforts. The mistake I made was just listening. Good Attorney, but prepare to pay more than whatever price she quotes you. If she quotes you $500, then I would expect to pay more in the $700 range. I had a very typical home sale, but an extra $175 was charged for what was labeled as "an inordinate amount of work". In my opinion, the wording she used to describe the additional charges led me to believe she tacks on additional charges very often. My last two attorneys that I used for home sales/purchases charged a flat rate for home closings, so it seemed a bit deceptive to... read more
