I contacted Darden and Sons for an emergency job as my tenant was moving in the next day. The owner was busy but came out personally and cleaned the property. I mentioned that the door was inoperable and he cleaned the track as well as tried to fix the door. He removed plastic from the appliances, set up the fridge and discarded the remaining items.
