If I could give this clinic zero stars I would! This place is by far the worst clinic I've ever experienced in my 60+ years on this earth! This use to be an awesome place before being purchased by Conway Regional. Dr. H. Farris is amazing and so is her nurse, Cassandra (Cass). However, they can no longer control how patients are seen nor handled. Dr. Farris now has another nurse, Ashley, who is a condescending, cold, rude, heartless automatron!!! While still in the waiting room, I can confidently say that I will not be returning. The front staff talked with a pediatric patient’s father about how COVID is blown out of proportion, and when another ped pt’s parent called the front desk about a ruptured eardrum, the two ladies at the front were saying to each other, “Do you know how many times I’ve had a ruptured eardrum and didn’t call the doctor?”. If they’re saying these things about medical care and their patients, I cannot imagine they would withhold similar thought... read more
